Terms and conditions:

1. The actual date and times will be as stated on the website copsewood-railway.com/santa-express alternative dates will be offered in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
    

2. Only the Society will staff and operate the railway.
    

3. Only food and drink purchased in the railway club building can be consumed on site, along with any alcoholic drinks purchased from the Copsewood Sports and Social club Pavilion, as the social club is a licensed premises.
    

4. Adults attending the Santa Express with children will be responsible for their behaviour at all times.
    

5. At all events children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who will be held accountable for the children’s actions and behaviour at all times.
    

6. As the railway runs in all but the most extreme conditions, refunds will not normally be given due to poor weather. Extreme weather conditions will be determined by Copsewood Railway committee.
    

7. Please note if booking a party group, that our trains have 11 seats which can accommodate 1 adult, 1 adult and a child in arms, or 2 small children per seat.
    

8. No refund on tickets will be given within two weeks of time slot ticket date.
    

9. The club reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed unacceptable for any reason.
    

10. The club reserves the right to withdraw the service due to circumstances beyond our control.
